About Nova Horizons

Nova Horizons was founded in 2019 with a singular conviction: that the wealth-building power of property should not be the exclusive privilege of the already-wealthy. Yes. Your agreed return is a contractual obligation between you and Nova Horizons. We maintain a reserve fund precisely to ensure income is paid on schedule regardless of short-term property market fluctuations.
How is my money protected?
Your investment is backed by real, tangible property assets held in a ring-fenced structure. Nova Horizons provides full asset disclosure and regular independent valuations to all investors.
When do I receive my income?
Income is paid quarterly — in January, April, July, and October — directly to your nominated bank account. Your dashboard shows your upcoming payment date and amount at all times.
Can I withdraw my capital early?
We ask for a minimum 12-month commitment to allow proper deployment of your funds. Early withdrawal requests after this period are processed within 30 business days through our liquidity reserve.
Do I need property knowledge to invest?
None whatsoever. Our team handles all acquisition, management, lettings, and maintenance. You invest, we do the work, you receive the income. It really is that straightforward.
Can I invest on behalf of a company or pension?
